My name is David Huynh
and I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Personal Trainer, License Massage Therapist, and Mobility specialist with over 10 years of experience from the general population to Olympic/professional sports level. University degree in Exercise Science and Biomechanics. Philosophy is a mix of scientific foundation, evidence-based research, and holistic approach.

I am passionate about human movement and performance and determined to help people achieve their goals from sports, functional strength, and fitness by building movement without sacrificing health.
Experience
I have worked with many elite level athletes from international(USA, Russia, Tunisa, Japan, Sweden, Bermuda) Olympians(swimming, track & field, gymnastics, basketball) who have participated, podium, or hold current world records. I have experience with clients on professional sports teams such as LA Kings(NHL), Golden State Warriors(NBA), LA Clippers(NBA), Allsvenksan, Swedish Basketball League, Liga ACB, etc. I am a partner with the Swedish Olympic Committee(SOK). Even though I have experience with high-level athletes, I am very welcoming to apply my skills to everyone.
